vms Housing

VMS Housing (vms_housing) is a property system for ESX Legacy, QBCore and QBX. Admins create properties in game, and players buy or rent them, pay bills and taxes, furnish them and share keys.

• Police raids, using items such as a storm ram and police barrier; lockpick support.
• House keys and a permission system for owners, renters and shared access.
• Furniture placement indoors and outdoors, with a furniture list, prices and delivery.
• Regions and addresses for properties.
• Integration folders for inventory, garage, clothing, dispatch, weather, shells and IPLs, plus migration files.
• Discord webhooks.
• Translations in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Italian, Czech and Swedish; add your own with config.translation.lua and translation.json.

Requirements

• ESX Legacy, QBCore or QBX
• oxmysql
• Supported inventory, garage and clothing resources (set in the integration folders)

Installation

• Copy the vms_housing folder into your resources (the __MACOSX folder is not needed).
• Import Database for ESX.sql or Database for QB-Core.sql from the [SQL] folder, plus Furniture.sql.
• Add the items from the [images] folder (house key, lockpick, storm ram, police barrier) to your inventory.
• Configure config/config.lua, the regions and the webhooks.
• Add ensure vms_housing to your server.cfg after oxmysql and your framework.
