myProperties is a property script for ESX. Players buy properties, share keys with friends and get their own storage, wallet and wardrobe in every property.

Features

• Complete key management: give friends a key so they can enter, leave and use the storage and wallet whenever they want, also when you are offline. Keys are given through the menu near the wardrobe.
• Optionally allow players without a key to enter your property, e.g. for offices
• Unique house inventory and wallet for each property
• Wardrobe, storage for items and weapons, wallet, and inviting players into your property
• Custom doorbell sign for your properties
• The script handles hiding other players on its own; no instance script is required
• Several apartments in one building, e.g. 10 apartments in the Eclipse Tower (example in the default SQL file)
• Complete IPL support, so you can use the different IPLs of an office or apartment as separate properties
• Add new properties with their own interiors to the database
• Per property you set in the database whether it is buyable (otherwise a real estate agent has to sell it) and whether it is unique (can only be bought once)

Requirements

• ESX
• esx_addoninventory and esx_datastore: modified versions are included to make unique house inventories for each property possible
• NativeUI (FrazzIe's NativeUILua, not NativeUIReloaded)
• cron
• mysql-async

Installation

• Put myProperties and the included esx_addoninventory and esx_datastore into your resources folder (replace your existing versions of those two).
• Import property.sql into your database.
• Add start myProperties to your server.cfg and make sure ESX and NativeUI are running.
• To add new properties, add them to the property table.
