Quasar Housing

The supplied qs-housing manifest identifies version 4.3.89 by Quasar Store. Its configuration covers house ownership limits, rentals, mortgage timing, fees, furniture and storage settings, shell interiors, property signs, robbery and raid options, and adapters for inventory, wardrobe, dispatch and garage resources.

Included resources

• qs-housing: the housing script with its UI, locales and editable shared/config.lua and shared/furniture.lua
• qs-weed: weed growing add-on with strains such as White Widow, OG Kush, Purple Haze, Amnesia, Skunk and AK47
• Prop resources: a property sale sign, housing islands (pine, tree and tropical variants) and furniture/decor packs (KillstorexQuasar, KawaiixQuasar, lunaticstudio_promo001, murm_dec_pack)
• K4MB1 starter shells
• Item images, for example lockpick, police stormram and weed items

Requirements

• ESX or QBCore (separate esx.sql and qb.sql files)
• ox_lib, mysql-async and bob74_ipl
• The resources are protected by the FiveM asset escrow system (Cfx asset-pack dependency); config, locales and custom files are open

Installation

Review shared/config.lua and the framework-specific qb.sql or esx.sql before installation. The separate only_for_fresh.sql file is intended for a fresh setup and drops the existing housing tables (houselocations, player_houses, house_rents, house_objects, house_plants); compare the schema with your existing database before importing. Add the required items as described in the Quasar documentation, remove old shells as the included note recommends, and match the framework and integration adapters to your server.
