KIBRA HOUSES V2 (QBCore)

Kibra Houses V2 is a housing system for QBCore servers. Players can rent or buy houses, get a key item for their house and use a private garage, wardrobe and stash there. You place the houses on the MLO interiors you use on your server.

Features

• Houses can be rented or bought; you set rentability and price per house in the config.
• Every house has its own key, stored as item metadata (housekeys item), plus a doorlock item.
• Private garage for every house; the number of vehicles is set per house in the config.
• Wardrobe in every house.
• Stash storage in every house; stash size can be increased via config.
• If the MLO you use has more than one door, you can add as many doors as you need.
• Multi-language: texts are set in lang.lua.

Installation

• Import setup/KibraHousesV2-SQL.sql (creates the kibra_houses table).
• Start order: ensure cron, ensure qb-inventory, ensure kibra-housesv2, ensure qb-phone.
• Add the housekeys and doorlock items to qb-core/shared/items.lua (images are in the setup folder).
• Follow setup/setup.md for the edits to qb-inventory (app.js, item info for house keys) and qb-phone (fxmanifest.lua and the qb-phone:server:PayInvoice callback).
