Description

Origen Housing System (by OrigenNetwork, version 1.0.3) is a housing resource for FiveM roleplay servers. Players own houses, furnish them and share access, and the supplied SQL files cover ESX and QBCore.

Features

  • Houses stored per owner in the origen_housing table, with furniture, exterior, doors, construction, positions, key holders and garage data
  • Furniture placement with an in-game gizmo in the NUI
  • Interior options: shell interiors (e.g. ranch, standard motel, modern hotel), IPL apartments and offices in several styles, and exterior house models
  • Extra asset resource origen_housing_assets with house shells, garage shells, wall art, lights and a house showcase prop
  • Optional real estate job (realestate with the grades Agent, Manager and Boss) in the ESX SQL file
  • Remembers the player's last house (last_house column)
  • Configuration, translations, logs and custom/ client and server files are editable

Requirements

  • ESX or QBCore (an SQL file for each is included)
  • ox_lib
  • oxmysql
  • bob74_ipl

Installation

  • Place origen_housing and origen_housing_assets in your resources folder.
  • Import assets/esx.sql or assets/qbcore.sql, depending on your framework.
  • Add ensure origen_housing_assets and ensure origen_housing to your server.cfg, after ox_lib, oxmysql and bob74_ipl.
  • Adjust the files in config/ to your server.

How to install it

Installation

  1. Unzip the download into your server's resources folder.
  2. Start these first (not included in the download): bob74_ipl, ox_lib
  3. Add these lines to server.cfg, in this order:
    ensure bob74_ipl
ensure ox_lib
ensure origen_housing_assets
ensure origen_housing

Known problems the Lab found:

  • origen_housing: Lua syntax error: FiveM won't load the file.
