Motels (script+map)

UTK Motels is a motel system for FiveM that comes with the motel maps. Players rent a room, get a key and can store items, weapons, black money and clothes in their room.

Features

• Room rent (automatic system, 500 every 168 hours by default) or an ownership system for motel owners
• Motel expenses with a debt limit; if the owner goes over it, the police are notified
• Room storage for items, weapons, clothes and black money, with a weight or limit system
• Roommate system and key transfer
• Knocking on doors with a spam cooldown and knock sound
• Lockpicking doors with the boktanlockpick item (98% break chance by default, can be turned off)
• Elevators for the Celtowa and Zurich buildings
• Performance mode that hides markers

Commands

All command names can be changed in config.lua. Defaults:

• /mkapi - lock or unlock the door
• /mdkilit - lock or unlock the room storage
• /mdepo - open the room storage
• /mdolap - open the clothes locker
• /manahtar - key menu
• /manahtarver - give a key to another player
• /mtıklat - knock on a door

Included maps

The map/[motel] folder contains these map resources: dons_hotel_1a, mad-hotel-celltowa, mad-hotel-celltowa-lobby, mad-motel-beach, mad-motel-ls, mad-motel-paletto, mad-motel-starlite, mad-motel-starlite-exterier, pbcafe and pinkcage.

Requirements

• ESX inventory (inventorysystem = "esx"). Note: the config also offers "disc", but the author states that disc-inventoryhud IS NOT READY TO USE, and the shipped config is set to "disc", so change it to "esx".

Installation

• Import db.sql (tables utk_keys, utk_motels_expenses, utk_motels_notifies and room keys). example.sql shows how to add another motel.
• Copy script/utk_motels and the map folder map/[motel] into your resources folder.
• Add ensure [motel] and ensure utk_motels to your server.cfg.
• Adjust config.lua (inventory system, rent, commands, lockpick, elevators).
