Vinewood Residence (TStudio)

Vinewood Residence by TStudio is a residential high-rise in Vinewood Hills: 28 apartments on 7 floors, each one its own interior with its own front door and door number. The archive ships the map and TStudio's shared map data, no housing script.

What's included

The apartments

• 28 apartments across 7 floors, four per floor, each with its own interior, front door and door number.
• Eight rooms per apartment: entry hall, living area, second lounge, bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom, office and a private cinema.
• A cinema screen as a separate targetable model in every apartment, so a media script can play content on it.
• An optional home gym entity set per apartment (bench, rack, dumbbells), switchable for each unit on its own.
• Curtain entity sets for the living room and bedroom, operated per apartment with the smart switches.

Building and surroundings

• One elevator with stops at Main Lobby, Lobby Park Side, Lobby Pool and floors 1 to 7, an in-world touch panel with the residence's own branding and a teleport menu.
• Door numbers and lobby windows as entity sets, all configured in one central file.
• Landscaped park with pond, fountain, waterfall wall, benches and loungers.
• Rooftop level with bar, lounge seating, water feature and a private helipad.

• tstudio_vinewood_residence (version 1.0.8): the tower with its 28 apartments, the lobbies and the exterior area.
• tstudio_zmapdata (version 1.2.7): TStudio's shared map data with elevators, entity sets, IPL variants, smart switches and timecycles.

Requirements and setup

The supplied manifest asks for FXServer build 4960 and game build 2545 as minimums. The map holds no framework code: there is no es_extended, QBCore or Qbox call in it, so it runs on its own. Apartment ownership is not part of the package: the interiors are prepared to be registered as properties by a separate housing script such as qb-housing, ps-housing or an ESX property system, and none of these is included.

tstudio_zmapdata is shared by all TStudio maps and also carries settings for other TStudio properties. Back up your own copy before you replace it and read the map-specific patch notes before you combine the residence with other TStudio maps. The archive holds the patch loader and the patch definitions, but not the patch resources themselves. TStudio ships those as a separate download.

Both manifests declare TStudio's asset escrow (dependency '/assetpacks'). The map files in this archive are readable RSC7 resources, so the residence loads from the package itself.

Installation

• Copy tstudio_zmapdata and tstudio_vinewood_residence into your resources folder (the __MACOSX folder can be ignored).
• Add ensure tstudio_zmapdata and ensure tstudio_vinewood_residence to your server config, in this order, then restart the server.
