Sandy Shores Estate

Sandy Shores Estate is a FiveM map that replaces the old abandoned motel in Sandy Shores with a UK-style residential estate. It gives your server a British-style neighborhood for housing and street roleplay.

What's included

• Narrow roads, one-way streets and cul-de-sacs
• Back alleys and terrace housing
• A traditional pub (interior) and shared accommodation
• Local shops and a small community park
• Traffic path nodes for the new roads, car generators, scenario points, LOD lights, occlusion and collision files
• A small client script resource (mps_estates_script) that comes with the map

Installation

• Copy mps_estates and mps_estates_script into your resources and add ensure mps_estates and ensure mps_estates_script to your server.cfg.
• Make sure these YMAPs are not in any other stream folder, as they might conflict: lr_cs4_roads_long_0, lr_cs4_06_strm_2, lr_cs4_roads_critical_0, cs4_06_grass_0, lr_cs4_09_strm_0, lr_cs4_roads_strm_2, lr_cs4_06_strm_1, lr_cs4_06, lr_cs4_06_long_0, lr_cs4_06_strm_0, lr_cs4_12, lr_cs4_12_critical_3, lr_cs4_roads, lr_cs4_roads_critical_2, cs4_occl_03.
• Make sure these collisions (YBN) are not in any other stream folder: cs4_09_1, cs4_roads_1, cs4_roads_2, hi@cs4_09_0, hi@cs4_roads_1, hi@lr_cs4_06_0, hi@lr_cs4_06_2, hi@lr_cs4_06_3, hi@lr_cs4_06_4, lr_cs4_06_0, lr_cs4_06_1, lr_cs4_06_2, lr_cs4_06_3.
