Medical System - Skelly System

Medical System - Skelly System is the Advanced Roleplay Environment (visn_are). It simulates a whole health system on the player, so injuries and treatment become part of your medical roleplay.

Features

• Pulse, blood pressure, blood level and pain simulation
• All body areas can be hurt: head, torso, arms and legs. Any area can bleed and can be stitched if needed.
• Various infusions can be given, such as morphine or epinephrine, which affect the simulation
• Custom game objects for the system, such as a morphine syringe or a bandage
• Compact UI with a body overview
• Activity history that tracks the actions already carried out on a patient
• Sounds such as defibrillator and heartbeat noises
• You can carry an unconscious person
• Limp walking style when the legs are hurt (configurable)
• Medical operations can be limited to medic jobs (default ambulance) or allowed for everyone
• Optional state saving after disconnect and optional Discord kill logs
• Languages: English and German

Items

The included SQL file adds these items: bandage, elastic_bandage, packing_bandage, tourniquet, surgical_kit, painkillers, bodybag, blood_100, blood_250, blood_500, blood_1000, defibrilator, epinephrine, atropine, morphin.

Requirements

• ESX (uses esx:getSharedObject and the users and items tables)
• mysql-async

Installation

• Copy visn_are into your resources.
• Import visn_are sql.sql. It adds the healthData column to users and the medical items.
• Adjust config.lua and server_config.lua (medic jobs, respawn timer, keys, logs).
• Add ensure visn_are to your server.cfg.
