FiveM Multicharacter & Spawn

zsx multichar

ZSX Multicharacter

  • ESX
  • QBCore
  • QBOX

Description

ZSX Multicharacter (ZSX_Multicharacter) is a character selection script with its own camera system, a built-in spawn selector and a built-in identity (character creation). Players pick a character in a separate routing bucket and can switch location when they log out.

Features

  • Self-written camera system with effects when a character is selected.
  • Built-in spawn selection and built-in identity.
  • Logout system, usable as a command (/logout) or export; optionally players can swap location on logout.
  • Character slots: free slots per player, admin commands /setcharacterslots and /addcharacterslots, and custom slot amounts per identifier; slots are stored in the database.
  • Player settings such as different camera angles and filters.
  • Algorithms that adjust the player's position, heading and camera so the preview does not spawn inside walls.
  • Links to your Discord, YouTube and website, your server logo, and background music you set in the config.
  • Starter items for new characters.
  • Optional character deletion and a duplicate name check.
  • Open server files and framework functions to adjust it to your framework; appearance support includes illenium-appearance, fivem-appearance, crm-appearance, bl_appearance, dx_clothing and rcore-clothing.

Compatibility

The spawn selector lets players spawn at their properties with these housing systems: qs-housing, ps-housing and bcs-housing.

Installation

  • Copy the ZSX_Multicharacter folder into your resources (the __MACOSX folder is not needed).
  • Import sql.sql (creates zsx_multicharacter_slots).
  • Set spawn coordinates, slots, starter items, links and music in shared/config.lua, your framework in shared/config_framework.lua and spawn locations in shared/config_locations.lua.
  • Add ensure ZSX_Multicharacter to your server.cfg after your framework and remove your old multicharacter resource.
