VMS Multicharacter

VMS Multicharacter (vms_multichars 1.1.6) is a character selection screen for FiveM with a matching identity registration (vms_identity 1.0.6). The download has a separate bundle for ESX and one for QBCore; use the one that matches your framework. There is no Qbox bundle.

Features

• Character selection UI that works with different screen resolutions.
• Maximum number of characters set in the config; admins can give extra slots by command.

• Self-deletion of characters by players can be turned off.

Identity registration (vms_identity)

• Registration form for first name, last name, date of birth, sex, nationality and height.
• Limits for name length, height and birth year in the config; optional background blur.
• Admin command to open the registration menu for a player.
• Notifications through a config function (QBCore notify by default in the QBCore version).

Requirements

Installation

• Pick the [ESX] or [QB-Core] folder and copy vms_multichars (and vms_identity if you use it) into your resources folder.
• Import vms_multichars.sql: it creates the multichars_slots table and adds a disabled column to users (ESX) or players (QBCore). For ESX, vms_identity.sql adds the identity columns to users.
• Remove or disable your previous multicharacter resource and add ensure vms_multichars and ensure vms_identity to your server config.
• On a live server, map your existing character records and test login and relog first.
