um Multicharacter

UM Multicharacter is a character selection resource for ESX with spawn options, photo mode and configurable scenes. This download is version 4.7.3-esx and provides esx_multicharacter; it is not the QBCore or Qbox edition.

Features

• Modern UI built with Vite, Vue 3 and Tailwind CSS, with background music and UI sounds.
• Spawn system: use your own spawn menu, the default one, or spawn where you last left off.
• Photo mode with filters and advanced photo settings.
• Effects: random or specific effects when switching characters.
• Animations and scenarios: use rpemotes or dpemotes, or let the system pick random animations.
• Slot management: characters are assigned to open slots automatically; default slot count and extra slots are configurable.
• Credits screen to highlight server contributors.
• Store button linking to your products or services.
• Time and weather control for the selection scene.
• Clean interface logic: hides the "Create Character" or "Change Character" buttons when they are not needed.
• Starter items for new characters, optional character deletion, a relog command (/offrelog) and logging via Discord, Fivemerr or ox.
• Locales: English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Turkish and Chinese.

Compatibility

Framework: ESX (esx-core).

Clothing resources: illenium-appearance, fivem-appearance (old illenium for qb/esx, not aj or default), qb-clothing, skinchanger, or a custom resource that uses a similar structure or triggers compatible clothing events. If your custom clothing menu does not use compatible events, it may not work with UM Multicharacter.

Requirements

• ESX
• FXServer build 7290 or newer and OneSync
• ox_lib and oxmysql

Installation

• Copy um-multicharacter into your resources, remove or disable your old esx_multicharacter, and add ensure um-multicharacter after ESX, ox_lib and oxmysql.
• In config.lua, set the language (the supplied file uses pt), identifier type, default spawn, slots and starter items. Check your clothing and spawn integration before going live.
