VMS HUD

VMS HUD (vms_hud) is a customizable HUD for ESX and QBCore. Every player can arrange it to their liking in a customization menu, and the settings are kept in the player's game cache for the next session.

Features

• Compatible with ESX and QBCore; supports pma-voice. Status uses esx_status on ESX and the default food and drink triggers of qb-hud on QBCore.
• Customization menu by key (default I) and command (/hud); the key can be disabled so the menu is command-only, or the menu can be switched off completely.
• A grid appears while moving HUD elements, for precise placement. Icons can be laid out horizontally or vertically, or hidden.
• Config option to block placing icons in the center of the screen, so they cannot be used as a crosshair.
• Built-in seatbelt (default key B, /seatbelt) with a minimum crash speed for ejection, a chance of instant death and per-class settings; disable it if you use another seatbelt script.
• Info HUD in the upper right corner with your server logo (PNG or GIF) and name; cash and bank display can be removed.
• Fuel display on the speedometer, or remove it if you don't run a fuel system.
• Ammo counter.
• KMH or MPH, and two speedometer types (linear and circle) with color, scale and position per player.
• Two minimap types (square and circle) that scale with the game resolution; you choose the default, and the player's choice is saved.
• Food and hydration icons pulse when the value is below 20%.

Requirements

• ESX or QBCore
• oxmysql
• pma-voice (optional); notifications default to vms_notify and can be switched to ESX or QBCore notifications in the config

Installation

• Copy the vms_hud folder into your resources.
• Set Config.Core, the core export and your notification function in config/config.lua.
• Replace html/images/server_logo.png with your logo and adjust texts in translation.js.
• Add ensure vms_hud to your server.cfg and remove your old HUD.
