Super ESX Roleplay Server 2

Super ESX Season 2 is a complete ESX roleplay server by 5M Servers. It uses the normal ESX framework with all normal ESX commands and management features. The housing and phone were updated in a later season, together with reworks for quality of life.

Commands

All normal ESX admin commands such as /giveitem, /givejob and /revive work.

• /admin: open the admin menu
• /chargeMe: view pending charges
• /em: animation menu
• /finance: pay vehicle finance
• /hud: edit the HUD
• /impound: impound a vehicle
• /livery: change the livery on vehicles such as police or EMS cars
• /sv 1 to /sv 8: police vehicle spawn
• /mask: mask on or off
• /news: read the paper at nearby news stands
• /ooc and /chat: out-of-character and normal chat

Gangs

Gang job names are gang1, gang2 and gang3. Each gang has a mansion with a gang shop and clothes shop, found with the eye target system:

• Gang 1 house: -1570.5, 24.4669, 59.5537
• Gang 2 house: -116.52, 984.807, 235.754
• Gang 3 house: -1805.1, 439.160, 128.707
• Gang 4 house: 985.290, -3203.1, -17.322 (not used)

Finding locations and settings

• Job blips are switched on in the radial wheel. Job locations are in each job's config.lua in [Jobs][5m-jobs].
• Drug locations and required items are in the configs in [Criminal-Stuff][Drug]; gang house coordinates are in text files in [Criminal-Stuff][Gangs].
• Crypto locations are in [Script][PC-Crypto]; police armoury items and max carry weight are set in the inventory and es_extended configs.
• Vehicle stock for the dealership is in the vehicles database table; a stock of 0 means the car can't be sold.
• The animated logo banners near the car dealership are edited with OpenIV in [Maps-Clothes-Cars][Animated Logo Banners].
• You can add or remove scripts; encrypted scripts can't be edited.

Database connection troubleshooting

Check the database host, database name and credentials configured for ghmattimysql. Use a dedicated database account with only the permissions required for the game database and a unique password. Do not use the database root account or a shared example password for the game server.

Back up the database before importing SQL. Match the connection settings to your installed database and connector versions; consult the database provider documentation for account setup.
