Shiny Mansion is a villa map for FiveM with a modern design, made for luxury housing or a player base. It is a standalone map resource and works with any framework.

What's included

• Fitted kitchen.
• Three bedrooms.
• Gym.
• Swimming pool.
• Helipad.
• Garage for two cars.
• Streamed files: four map placement files (.ymap), one archetype file (.ytyp) and 24 models with their textures (walls, tiles, marble, stone and grass surfaces).

Good to know

• This is a map only; there are no scripts for doors, property ownership or garage functions. Use your own housing or garage scripts for that.
• Test collisions and check for overlap with other maps on a staging server first.

Installation

• Copy the shinymansion folder into your resources folder.
• Add ensure shinymansion to your server config.
