This is a FiveM conversion of the Malibu Mansion map for GTA 5 by BigShaqNOKetchup. It is a large furnished mansion that you can use as a home for rich characters, a VIP property or a party location. The package is a map resource only: housing, door locks or teleports need separate scripts.

The package contains separate interior models for these areas:

• Entrance hall and living room
• Kitchen and dining room
• Master bedroom, master bathroom and master closet
• Guest bedrooms and guest bathrooms
• Garage
• Indoor swimming pool
• Fitness room
• Bar
• Office
• Recording studio
• Mini McDonald's

The original description also lists alternate building textures (modern red), a garage for 6 cars, 3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a wellness area, an outdoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, an outdoor basketball court and several chill spots inside and outside.

Requirements

No framework needed. The resource is a plain map (this_is_a_map 'yes') with a __resource.lua manifest.

Installation

• Copy the malibu_mansion folder into your resources folder.
• Add ensure malibu_mansion to your server.cfg.
• Restart your server and check the location for conflicts with other maps.
