Casa de La Cima by TStudio is a large Mediterranean-style estate MLO for FiveM. It sits at the end of the Vinewood Hills road with a view over the city and works as a mansion or as a faction headquarters.

• About 20 detailed rooms across several floors
• Bar, gaming area, cinema and indoor pool
• Office and conference rooms, plus a command room with several screens
• Several bedrooms and bathrooms
• Hidden passages
• Basement with an interrogation area and cells

Exterior

• Private helipad
• Columned entrance and a large courtyard
• Outdoor pool with fountain
• Kennel area in the garden
• Landscaped gardens, cypress avenues and terraces

Logos, images and wall art are texture files that you can swap for your own.

Installation

• Copy tstudio_lacima_estate into your resources folder and add ensure tstudio_lacima_estate to your server.cfg.
• Remove other maps that change the same hillside area. Housing or ownership scripts are not included.

The map uses FiveM Asset Escrow; the texture files are open.
