Description

okok Chat V2 is a chat resource for FiveM QBCore servers. It adds a styled chat theme plus the commands most roleplay servers need: staff chats, job chat, private messages, OOC and /me.

Features

  • Staff chats (/staff, /staffo, /sa) for the groups you set in Config.StaffGroups
  • Job chat with /jobc
  • Private messages with /pm
  • Local OOC chat (/ooc) with a configurable range; optionally, messages sent without a command go to OOC
  • /me command with optional 3D text
  • Mute and unmute players for a set time (/mute, /unmute)
  • Players can clear (/clear) and hide (/hide) their chat
  • Player ID on messages, shown to everyone or only to staff
  • Configurable time format, icons, titles and command names
  • Discord logs with your own server name, icon and webhook color

Requirements

  • QBCore (set Config.QBPermissionsUpdate to match your permissions version)
  • oxmysql

Installation

  • Place okokChatV2 in your resources and add ensure okokChatV2 to your server.cfg.
  • Set staff groups, commands and Discord logs in config.lua.
  • The included README.md links to the author's installation guide.

How to install it

Installation

  1. Unzip the download into your server's resources folder.
  2. Add these lines to server.cfg, in this order:
    ensure okokChatV2
