NoPixel Health System

NoPixel Health System (resource np_disease) is an injury and treatment system for FiveM servers on ESX or QBCore. Injuries are tracked per body part, players can bleed, and doctors treat them with items through a treatment menu.

Features

• Injuries per body part with a body-status HUD (default keys: O for the menu, U for the HUD)
• Bleeding with configurable time and damage; optionally only aimed shots cause damage
• Treatment by the ambulance job (job name configurable), using target or the closest player
• Skill check minigame for treatments; failed treatments can remove the items
• Self-treatment item and optional paid fast treatment (default 1,000) with its own minigame
• Choose whether a revive removes all injuries or a doctor still has to treat them
• QBCore last stand animation support, cyan or red theme, language strings in the config

Requirements

• ESX or QBCore (set Config.Framework)
• mysql-async
• ox_lib (skill checks) and mythic_notify (notifications)

Installation

• Copy np_disease into your resources folder and add ensure np_disease to your server.cfg.
• Add the treatment items to your inventory; item images are in the items folder.
• The skill checks call lib.skillCheck, so load @ox_lib/init.lua in the fxmanifest if it is not loaded yet.
• Debug mode is enabled in the supplied configuration; set Config.DebguMode = false before production use.
