Description

CodeM radio interface

CodeM Radio (xRadio) is a walkie-talkie system for FiveM ESX and QBCore servers. Players open a handheld radio, join a frequency and adjust the volume, while chosen frequencies stay reserved for jobs like police and EMS.

Features

  • Handheld radio UI with screens to join a frequency and change settings
  • Adapters for pma-voice, SaltyChat and mumble-voip
  • Configurable maximum frequency (500 by default)
  • Channels reserved for configured jobs (police, sheriff and ambulance by default)
  • Volume control
  • Configurable radio item
  • Framework setting for ESX, New ESX, QBCore and old QBCore
  • React source of the UI included

The delivered resource contains a browser-based radio UI plus client, server and settings files. The supplied default uses QBCore, pma-voice, a maximum frequency of 500 and job restrictions for police, sheriff and ambulance. Review those defaults before installation.

Installation

  • Copy codem-radio into your resources folder.
  • Set framework, voice system, frequencies, jobs and item in Settings.lua.
  • Add the radio item to your inventory and ensure codem-radio in your server.cfg after your voice resource.
