Chat System Plus

Chat System Plus is not only a design, it's a full system for your FiveM chat. The resource in the package is called pa-chat and is used the same way as the default chat script, so you don't need to change your other resources.

Features

• Full chat resource with its own UI, not just a theme
• Compatible with the default chat:addMessage event
• Messages disappear after a time you set (timeOut, default 5000 ms)
• Staff groups set in the config (default: superadmin, admin, mod)
• Character name shows as ANONYMOUS when the player wears a mask (optional)
• Configurable command prefix; leave it empty and players don't need to type a sign before commands

Installation

• Copy the pa-chat folder into your resources folder and use it in place of the default chat resource.
• Adjust shared/config.lua.
• Add ensure pa-chat to your server.cfg.

Note

The resource uses the FiveM asset escrow system (dependency '/assetpacks'). The client, server and shared Lua files are open.
