0r Chat by 0Resmon replaces the default FiveM chat with a new chat UI and extra roleplay features. Most options are set in shared/config.lua.

Features

• Photo sharing in chat (/img)
• Music features (/playmusic)
• Filter chat messages and a hotbar with quick commands (Do, Me, OOC, Dark by default)
• Roll dice and play rock-paper-scissors
• Settings menu to edit the chat, turn notifications on or off and change the chat position
• Your name is hidden when you wear a mask
• Custom name colors and tags in front of your name
• Channels such as darkchat (limited to jobs you set), yellow pages (with a fee), police and EMS
• Special message designs for the money and job commands
• Emoji tab
• Players can change their OOC/ME/DO design and add their own pictures to Me/Do designs
• OOC messages without a command (optional), chat key T by default
• Colors per message type (me, do, ooc, admin, police, ems, tweet, gang, announcement and more) in the config

Installation

• Remove the chat script and the "chat-theme-gtao" script you are using on your server.
• Upload the 0r-chat folder to your server.
• Add it to server.cfg and start it.
• Don't forget to take a look at the config file.

Note

The resource uses the FiveM asset escrow system (dependency '/assetpacks'). The Lua and UI source files are open.
