Ocean Medical Center (MLO)

Ocean Medical Center is a new hospital for FiveM, built for medical roleplay. It has a new exterior based on the original form of the building and a complete interior split into 6 MLOs over 5 floors.

Package and setup

The download contains the oceanHospital map resource, including streamed map assets, interior proxies, timecycle settings and minimap files. Its manifest declares a GTA V map and contains no ESX or QBCore dependency. Hospital job scripts are not included.

Extract oceanHospital into your server resources directory, then add ensure oceanHospital to server.cfg. Test it alongside your existing maps before opening the server to players; compatibility with other hospital maps has not been verified.

The supplied manifest has no audio-occlusion entries, and the archive contains no audio folder. The previous instructions to remove audio lines do not apply to this download.

Please read carefully

Some bugs are still present. This map is very large, so expect lower FPS in the hospital area, as with other large MLOs. Choices such as the LOD distance and closed windows were made to limit this.
