Tebex is the reseller and merchant of record for many FiveM server stores, and Tebex’s pages direct buyers with payment and refund questions to Tebex support. Tebex’s checkout terms say the transaction is final except where applicable consumer law requires a refund, and its Buyer Support page says it does not issue refunds for digital transactions. In practice: there is no general refund promise, but your legal consumer rights still apply. Here is where to go for each problem.
Match the problem to the right route
- The item has not arrived on the server: Tebex says delivery can take a short while. Wait at least 30 minutes and check that you are logged in to the game account you bought for, then contact Tebex Buyer Support.
- Your payment was declined: Tebex asks you to open a support ticket and include the tbx ID from the error.
- A subscription you want to stop: cancel it yourself in the Tebex payment history or with the cancel link in a Tebex email. This stops future payments; it is not a refund of past ones.
- A charge you do not recognise or suspected fraud: use the Tebex “Have you been charged by Tebex?” page.
- Any other problem with the order: use the Tebex customer support form.
What the checkout terms say
The Tebex checkout terms (version of 12 June 2023 at the time of this check) contain these points:
- Digital items are licensed, not sold, and the licence is tied to the account used for the purchase.
- The terms that applied when you placed the order apply to that order.
- A purchase is final and there are no refunds, except where applicable consumer law requires one.
- Consumers keep their legal rights for faulty products, and residents benefit from the mandatory consumer law of their country.
- The terms describe the EU right of withdrawal and when it does not apply to digital content that has already been supplied. Read that section for your own order.
How to write the request
Give the order or transaction ID, the store and product, the date, what you expected and what happened. Add screenshots of errors and of the product page. Send only the identifiers the form asks for, and never post payment details in a public Discord channel. If you believe you were scammed by a seller, the guide Scammed on Tebex? explains how to collect evidence.
This page summarises official sources and is not legal advice. Tebex can change its pages and terms; the version that applied to your order is the one that counts.
