Requirements
The fxmanifest.lua loads @es_extended/imports.lua, so it expects ESX. On other frameworks, remove that line and test it first.
Installation
Place VCore-Noti in your resources, add ensure VCore-Noti to your server.cfg and point your scripts to the Noti export.

- Add these lines to server.cfg, in this order:
