SA:MP Inspired Nametags

thug-nametags-v2 shows SA:MP-style nametags above players on your FiveM server. It supports ESX, QBCore and old QBCore, which you pick in config.lua.

Features

• Players switch nametags on and off with /nametags and can see their own tag with /selfnametag
• Meet system: players send a meet request with /meet
• AFK system with /afk and a configurable AFK label
• Gang tags, permission tags (staff, mod, owner) and other tags (streamer, VIP), given with /setnt
• "In Car" label for players in vehicles
• Configurable draw distance, name colour and visible jobs
• /nametagdebug command if nametags do not show up

Requirements

• ESX, QBCore or old QBCore
• oxmysql (mysql-async or ghmattimysql can be selected in the config)

Installation

• Import sql.sql. It adds the tag, perm, gang and trusted columns to the users table.
• In config.lua, set Config.Framework, Config.SQL and Config.SQLPlayers (users on ESX, players on QBCore).
• Copy the thug-nametags-v2 folder into your resources folder and add ensure thug-nametags-v2 to your server.cfg.
