RTX DEV - Neons

RTX Neons (rtx_neons) lets players change the neon color of their car with an RGB palette and play neon animations. The neon configuration is stored in each car separately. The download contains a standalone version and an ESX version with items.

Features

• RGB color changer in an in-game menu (opens with N by default).
• Neon animations with adjustable animation speed and RGB color change speed (default plus three speed levels, set in the config).
• OneSync ready.
• Standalone version: client-only, no framework or database needed.
• ESX version: players install neons with the neonbox item and then manage them with the neoncontroller item; you can set that neons are only usable through the controller.
• Notifications in the ESX version go through one Notify function in the config (mythic_notify by default), so you can plug in your own notify system.

Requirements

• Standalone version: none
• ESX version: ESX, mysql-async and mythic_notify (or change the notify function)

Installation

• Copy rtx_neons from either Standalone Version or ESX Version into your resources folder.
• ESX version only: import sql.sql; it adds a neons column to owned_vehicles and the items neonbox and neoncontroller.
• Add ensure rtx_neons to your server config.
