okokContract

okokContract is a vehicle purchase and sale system for FiveM ESX servers. Players sell cars to each other by filling in and signing a contract in an interactive window.

How it works

• Using the contract item opens a window where the seller sets the vehicle price and a description.
• The seller must be near another player and the vehicle to start the signing process.
• The seller has to own the vehicle.
• The script checks that the buyer has enough money.
• While the contract window is open, the character plays an animation, which stops when the window closes.
• Sounds for the popup and for accepting the contract

Configuration

• Remove the contract item after use, or keep it
• Move the money from the buyer's bank account to the seller's bank account automatically when the buyer signs
• Date format shown on the contract
• Discord log when a player sells a vehicle to another player, with bot name, server name, icon and colour

Notifications are not included.

Installation

• Copy okokContract into your resources folder and add ensure okokContract to your server.cfg.
• Add the item: INSERT INTO `items` (`name`, `label`, `weight`) VALUES ('contract', 'Contract', 1);
• Set your Discord webhook URL in server.lua (line 5) and the options in config.lua.
• The vehicle name on the contract comes from <gameName> in each vehicle's vehicles.meta.
