FiveM Server Packs

QBCore V5

QBCore V5

  • QBCore

Description

QBCore V5 is a complete FiveM roleplay server built on QBCore. Core, jobs, maps, database and server configuration come in one 2.27 GB archive, so you start from a playable city instead of an empty framework.

Jobs

Every job and system listed below is a resource we found in the delivered archive (package check, 27 Sep 2026).

  • Emergency services: police with MDT and dispatch (qb-policejob, qb-mdt, qb-dispatch), EMS (qb-ambulancejob)
  • Civilian jobs: mechanic (jim-mechanic, qb-mechanicjob), tow truck, taxi, bus, garbage, recycling, mining, fishing, hunting, postal, pizza, hot dog stand
  • Businesses: Burgershot, casino with blackjack, poker, lucky wheel and inside track

Crime, prison & racing

  • Bank, jewellery, store and house robberies, Humane Labs, drug sales
  • Hacking minigames and crypto
  • Prison system (qb-prison) with prison map resources
  • Street races and lap races

City systems

  • Multi-character, spawn, clothing, ID cards
  • Inventory, phone, radio, pma-voice, HUD, banking
  • Vehicle shop, garages, vehicle keys, fuel, houses and apartments, admin menu

In numbers

  • Framework: QBCore (qb-core 1.2.6) with ox_lib, oxmysql, PolyZone and qb-target
  • 206 resources, 40 map resources, 3 vehicle packs (185 vehicle model files)
  • Database: fivemstore.sql plus the SQL files of individual scripts
  • server.cfg and a Windows FXServer build in the archive

What you need

A FiveM server with your own Cfx.re license key and MySQL or MariaDB. We recommend current official FiveM server artifacts instead of the bundled build. Note: fivemstore.sql drops and recreates a database named fivemstorev5 – import it into a fresh database. Test on a staging server before you open to players.

How to install it

Installation

  1. Unzip the download into your server's resources folder.
  2. The Lab did not read this whole package. Start its resources as the package's own server.cfg or readme describes.
  3. Some files are Cfx escrow-protected (.fxap). Keep them unchanged.

Known problems the Lab found:

  • jim-beanmachine: Lua syntax error: FiveM won't load the file.
  • mb-vehiclepack: Lua syntax error: FiveM won't load the file.
  • qb_firefighterjob: Lua syntax error: FiveM won't load the file.
  • bl_bridge: Lua syntax error: FiveM won't load the file.
  • qb-inventory: The manifest lists a file that is missing.
  • bl_idcard: Lua syntax error: FiveM won't load the file.

Checked: 208 resources. Not checked: anything beyond the Lab's read limits (40 resources, 1 MB per file), escrow-protected code in 26 resources, compiled Lua in 28 resources.

From a static check of the files by the RPScripts Lab. It is not a test that your server starts.
