Description

A FiveM police badge script for ESX, inspired by NoPixel. When an officer uses the badge item, a prop badge appears in hand and a badge card with the officer's photo is shown to players nearby.

Features

  • Show your badge by using the lspd_badge item
  • Badge card UI (NUI) shown to players within a configurable distance (default 10 meters)
  • Assign a personal photo to each officer by Steam identifier in config.lua
  • Configurable close key (default Backspace)
  • Badge prop model included (prop_fib_badge)
  • Two Photoshop templates (badge_new.psd, badge_old.psd) to edit the badge design

Requirements

  • An item named lspd_badge in your database

Installation

  • Copy the pdbadge folder into your resources and add ensure pdbadge to your server.cfg.
  • Add an item named lspd_badge to your database.
  • Put officer photos in html/badges/ and link them to Steam identifiers in Config.SteamIdentifiers.

The download also contains a second badge resource, yldrm_badge, with LSPD, Sheriff, State and Ranger badge images (uses mysql-async).

How to install it

Installation

  1. Unzip the download into your server's resources folder.
  2. Add these lines to server.cfg, in this order:
    ensure yldrm_badge
ensure pdbadge

Checked: all 2 resources of this download.
