Plasma Game / Paintball

Description

PlasmaGame is a paintball minigame for FiveM for up to 20 players. It is standalone, so you don't need a framework. The script is open source and not IP-locked, so you can edit it as you like.

Features

• Create your lobby: set the number of players per team (1 to 10) and the number of rounds (1 to 5)
• Instance system: several people can create lobbies without interfering with players who are already in a game
• Choose your team: blue or red
• If a player crashes or leaves the server, the game continues without them (in a 1v1 you are teleported out)
• Each team gets a complete outfit (jacket, pants, shoes and one of two random masks). Your previous outfit is saved and you get your clothes back when the game is over.
• The game starts automatically when all slots are taken, or you start it manually, for example for a 1v3
• One hit eliminates an enemy for the round. Shooting a teammate eliminates them and gives the other team a point.
• The plasma weapon shoots slow, glowing balls that you can dodge

What's included

• PlasmaGame: the game script with a custom plasma pistol, weapon meta files, masks for male and female freemode peds, lobby UI and NativeUI
• patoche_plasmagame: a PlasmaGame arena map by patoche, with its own shell, collision, logos, lights and props

Requirements

• No framework needed
• The original release states that you need at least a FiveM Argentum key to stream the included mask. Check whether this still applies to your server.

Installation

• Put PlasmaGame and patoche_plasmagame into your resources and add ensure PlasmaGame and ensure patoche_plasmagame to your server.cfg.
• Read REQUIERMENT READ ME PLEASE.txt in the script folder.
• The fxmanifest loads WeaponData/weaponnames.lua, but the file is called weapon_names.lua. Rename the file or fix the manifest line.
• For your door lock script: the arena door is patoche_plasma_doorext at X -1087.912, Y -1277.566, Z 6.208.
