T1GER Keys is a vehicle key system for FiveM ESX servers (ESX 1.2 and below). Players need keys to lock, unlock and drive their cars, and criminals can lockpick, hotwire or steal vehicles from NPCs.
Car menu
- See a list of owned vehicle keys and lend a key to the closest player.
- Control vehicle windows and doors.
- Turn the engine and neon on or off.
- See insured vehicles (requires T1GER Insurances).
Lock and unlock
- Configurable key to lock and unlock vehicles.
- Whitelist job vehicles (for example police and ambulance cars) per job in the config.
- Key prop emote, GTA sounds, effects and lights when locking or unlocking.
- Lock and unlock stolen NPC vehicles if the player has the keys.
- Lock owned vehicles with borrowed keys.
- Locksmith where players register a new key for a fee.
Lockpicking and hotwiring
- Lockpick parked and locked cars around San Andreas (requires an NPC car locking script; the author offers a snippet on his Discord).
- Configurable chances for lockpick and hotwire success.
- Lockpick player-owned vehicles.
- Integrated police alerts with a map blip; use your own dispatch in
utils.lua.
- Lockpicking needs the
lockpick item; /hotwire is available after a successful lockpick.
Alarm system
- Buy alarms for owned vehicles at the alarm shop.
- Different alarm types: the better the alarm, the lower the lockpick success chance.
- Alarm prices are based on the vehicle purchase price.
Steal NPC cars
- Aim at NPC drivers to steal their cars.
- Configurable chance of getting the NPC's keys.
- The NPC alerts the police after the theft.
- Search stolen vehicles for loot with
/carsearch.
Commands
/carmenu – open the car menu
/givekeys – give a key to the closest player
/hotwire – hotwire after lockpicking
/carsearch – search a car stolen from an NPC
