GFX Marker Script

GFX Marker Script is a marker/ping script for FiveM. You open the marker menu with the key set in the config, hover the mouse over the marker you want and close the menu, and the marker is placed.

Features

• Marker menu opened with a configurable key (default Z)
• 7 marker styles set up in config.lua (marker1 to marker7), with matching images in the menu
• Add new markers with the markers.ytd file and the config file
• Close range draws a sprite; further than 100 m a tall marker is drawn in the sky
• Marking a vehicle or ped makes the marker follow that entity
• Configurable display time (default 10 seconds) and optional sound when a marker is created

Installation

• Copy the gfx-marker folder into your resources folder.
• Adjust config.lua.
• Add ensure gfx-marker to your server.cfg.

Known issues (from the author)

• Sometimes a marker does not place, for example on some mountains.
• Scaling of sprites and text may look off.
