FiveM Basketball

FiveM Basketball (rcore_basketball) is a synchronized multiplayer basketball minigame for FiveM. It works with ESX, QBCore or a custom framework and lets players play three game modes on in-game hoops or on hoops they place themselves.

Game modes

• HORSE: the first player shoots from any spot; if they score, everyone else has to make the same shot. A miss adds a letter, and whoever spells the word is out. The letters are configurable.
• Around the World: the first player sets several shooting positions, and you have to score from all of them. You keep shooting while you score; a miss passes the ball on.
• Free Throw: shoot freely from anywhere. Shots inside the arc give 1 point, shots beyond it give 3.

• Easy, Medium and Hard difficulty with different aim assist
• Aim path display with throw power control and aim lock
• Trick moves Finger Spin and Behind-the-Neck Roll, unlocked after 50 and 150 scored baskets (can be turned off)
• Optional wagers between players
• Optional basketball item requirement (basketball)
• Placeable hoops anywhere on the map with the basketball_hoop item
• Works with the hoops already in the game
• qtarget, bt-target, qb-target and ox_target support, optional ox_inventory mode
• Configurable controls, marker, hoop net and aim path colours, and translatable UI texts and sounds
• Commands: /leavebasketball to leave a game, /basketvolume [0-100] for sound volume

Requirements

• ESX, QBCore or a custom framework (set Framework in config.lua)
• OneSync and server artifact 4752 or newer
• mysql-async
• rcore_basketball_assets (included)

Installation

• Copy rcore_basketball_assets and rcore_basketball into your resources.
• Add ensure rcore_basketball_assets and then ensure rcore_basketball to your server.cfg.
• Set your framework, target system and item options in config.lua.
