Description

Cyber Inventory Pro is an inventory replacement for older ESX servers, written in Lua with a layout based on the QBus inventory. It only works with the modified es_extended or extendedmode that come in the package, so plan to replace your current core.

What's included

  • cyber-inventory – the inventory resource with its UI and item images
  • cyber-weapons – weapon resource with a weapon meta file (the author recommends not editing it)
  • [dep] – modified es_extended (1.1.0) and extendedmode (1.0.1)
  • SQL files for the database tables and items

Requirements

  • The included es_extended or extendedmode (replaces your current one)
  • mysql-async

If you run ESX v1 final, a small change to es_extended is needed.

Installation

  • Back up your server, then replace your es_extended or extendedmode with the version from [dep].
  • Import all SQL files. Make sure the item cash exists with weight 0.00.
  • Add ensure cyber-inventory and ensure cyber-weapons to your server.cfg.
  • Adjust shops, durability and other options in config.lua.
  • To place a stash, trigger cyber-inventory:openInventory with ["type"] = "stash" and an owner, for example ["owner"] = CurrentApartment.

How to install it

Installation

  1. Unzip the download into your server's resources folder.
  2. Start these first (not included in the download): async, esplugin_mysql, essentialmode, mysql-async
  3. Add these lines to server.cfg, in this order:
    ensure async
ensure esplugin_mysql
ensure essentialmode
ensure mysql-async
ensure es_extended
ensure extendedmode
ensure cyber-inventory
ensure cyber-weapons
