Core Insurance (ESX)

Core Insurance is a vehicle insurance script for ESX servers. Players insure their owned vehicles at an insurance desk and can claim a lost vehicle back, with each plan setting its own prices, claim time and cooldown.

Features

• Three preset insurance plans (Basic, Advanced, Premium), each with a signup fee, a recurring payment, a claim fee, a claim cooldown and a claim time
• Recurring insurance payments from the bank at a configurable interval (default 3600 seconds), with an optional notification; if a player can't pay, the insurance is removed
• Claimed vehicles spawn at configurable parking lots and a waypoint is set; there is support for several lots
• By default a vehicle can only be claimed when it doesn't already exist in the world (CanClaimExisting, experimental when enabled)
• Option to allow or block insuring vehicles that are not stored (CanInsureNotStored)
• Option to spawn claimed vehicles locked (SpawnLocked)
• Optional payment with Core Credits (UsingCoreCredits, off by default) to get the vehicle instantly without the claim time
• HTML menu with car brand logo images and a map blip for the insurance desk
• All texts editable in config.lua; the Lua files are not encrypted

Requirements

• ESX with the owned_vehicles table
• mysql-async
• mythic_notify for the default notifications (you can change the SendTextMessage function in the config)
• Core Credits only if you enable credit payments

Installation

• Import core_insurance.sql. It adds the insurance and cooldown columns to owned_vehicles.
• Place the core_insurance folder in your resources folder.
• Add ensure core_insurance to your server.cfg.
• Set the insurance desk, parking lots and plans in config.lua.
