Weather & Time System

Weather & Time System (0r-easytime) is a standalone weather and time script for FiveM that does not require a framework and works on ESX and QBCore servers. Admins control everything from a UI and can create map regions with their own weather and time.

Features

• Time and weather control: create regions on your map, such as areas that are always snowy or always night.
• Real-time sync: in-game time follows real-world time, set to Los Angeles by default; change the time zone URL in sv_config.lua for other cities.
• Region tool: draw regions with /area_tool and set time and weather per region, with an optional fade effect when entering a zone.
• Temperature effects: optional chilling and sweating based on weather and clothing, with notifications and optional damage. This needs manual setup, because clothing IDs differ between servers; disable it if you don't need it.
• Freeze options: freeze time and weather, and switch on a blackout.
• Management UI with weather icons and video backgrounds, opened with /time.
• Admin access set by Steam or license identifier.

Requirements

• PolyZone
• No framework needed (works with ESX and QBCore)

Installation

• Copy the 0r-easytime folder into your resources. Keep this folder name, otherwise the UI will not load.
• Open sv_config.lua and replace the identifiers in Config.AdminList with your own admins. The list ships with example Steam IDs that would otherwise get admin access.
• Set temperature effects and regions in config.lua.
• Add ensure 0r-easytime to your server.cfg after PolyZone.
