SeaDome venue MLO

The archive contains the SeaDome map, streamed assets, water/level metadata and client-side aquatic scenery. Its client file includes marriage and boxing interior-prop toggles.

Package limitation

The manifest references server.lua, but that file is absent from the supplied archive. The client registers its venue-toggle event three times, and the supplied access callback returns true unconditionally. Restore or reconcile the missing server component and review access control and event registration before enabling venue controls. A working synchronized control or screen system has not been established from this package.

The resource replaces level metadata with gta5.meta and supplies water.xml; check compatibility with other map or water replacements before deployment.
