S4 Housing

S4 Housing is a house system for ESX servers. Players buy houses, customize them and share house and garage with friends. You add as many houses as you like in the config.

Features

• Unlimited houses and apartment support, set up in config.lua
• Players can own multiple houses
• Friends system: you can share your house and garage with friends
• Uses the GTA V routing bucket system
• Change the interior theme of the house (themes such as aqua, modern, monochrome, moody, regal, seductive, sharp and vibrant)
• Change the name of the house
• Change the table images of the house (works with some themes)
• Editable house rating (up to 5 stars) and price per house
• Stash (you can adapt it to your own inventory)
• Garage with adjustable size (up to 10 vehicles); you can see your vehicles in the UI without entering the garage
• Config options for the interaction key, sell tax, money as item and whether only owned vehicles can be parked
• NUI interface for managing your house

Requirements

• ESX
• mysql-async (loaded in the manifest; the original description also lists oxmysql as compatible)

Installation

• Import house.sql into your database (creates the s4-house table).
• Copy the s4-house folder into your resources folder.
• Add ensure s4-house to your server.cfg.
• Set up your houses and apartments in config.lua.
