rcore Advanced Reports

rcore Advanced Reports is a ticket and report system for FiveM servers running ESX, QBCore or a standalone setup. Players open a report with /report and talk to staff in an in-game report chat; admins get tools and statistics to handle reports.

For players and admins

• Create a ticket with /report
• HTML transcript of the full conversation, saved in the transcripts folder
• Interactive timeline of actions and responses
• Screenshot of the surroundings with player IDs shown in the image (screenshot-basic or screencapture)
• Click elements in the screenshot to interact with players or copy Discord IDs
• Online/offline duty toggle for staff
• Hidden messages that only admins can see and a chat colour per admin
• Each open report has a sidebar icon that turns green when someone replies

Statistics and settings

• Ticket history and performance overview: who resolved each ticket and how many tickets each admin handled
• Reports and admin messages saved to the database, with automatic clean-up after a set time
• Permissions through ESX or QBCore groups or ACE
• Discord logs and log files in the logs folder

Requirements

• oxmysql and server build 4752 or newer
• screenshot-basic or screencapture for screenshots

Installation

• Import assets/sql/db.sql.
• Copy rcore_report into your resources folder (keep the logs and transcripts folders) and add ensure rcore_report to your server.cfg.
• Set groups, commands, retention and screenshot provider in config.lua, sconfig.lua and permissions.lua.

The resource uses FiveM Asset Escrow; config, permissions, locales, shared and API files are open for editing.
