FiveM Motel script

A motel resource for ESX that lets players rent or buy a room and use it as their home. Each room has a wardrobe, fridge and drawer where players store items and clothes. The rooms use MLO interiors.

Features

• Walk up to a motel door and choose to rent or buy the room; rent and buy prices are set in the config.
• 23 rooms, or 35 rooms if the Pink Cage MLO is added.
• With the included keys resource, players receive a key on purchase or rent. Keys can be copied at the landlord and given to friends with /keymenu.
• Cancelling a room deletes all its keys, and another player can then rent or buy it.
• Rent is paid automatically when the configured number of days has passed since the last payment, even while the player or the server is offline.
• Store items in the drawer and fridge and clothes in the wardrobe. Uses disc-inventoryhud as storage if enabled, otherwise esx_menus. There is also a sink.
• Lock and unlock the room door; the state is synced and saved on relog.
• Choose whether players can rent or buy more than one room.
• Optional police raids: officers use a command to break the door open.
• Works with OneSync and without it.

Installation

• Place fivem_motel, fivem_keys and int_lodge in your resources.
• Add ensure int_lodge, ensure fivem_keys and ensure fivem_motel to your server.cfg after mysql-async, async and es_extended.
• Adjust prices, rent interval, raids and room settings in fivem_motel/configs/.
