Description

A housing collection for FiveM ESX servers. It includes the Allhousing script, a furniture system and a collection of shells, so players can own houses and furnish them.

What's in the pack

  • allhousing (version 1.0.7): the housing script, with ESX menus or NativeUI menus and an optional property file for inventory HUD setups
  • furni (version 1.0.2): furniture system. Inside a house you press F to open the furniture catalogue, control it with the mouse and left click to place an item; you can also edit and remove furniture
  • Shells: shellsv2 (high-end, high-end v2 and Michael shells) and highendV2Shells (three apartment shells)
  • mythic_interiors: motel and tier 1 to 3 house interiors, including a furnished tier 1 house
  • input and lockpicking (lockpick minigame for ESX)
  • vSync: weather and time sync

Requirements

  • ESX (es_extended)
  • mysql-async
  • meta_libs (v1.1 or newer)
  • input and mythic_interiors (included)

Installation

  • Import allhousing.sql from the [SQL] folder.
  • Place the resources in your resources folder and ensure the dependencies before allhousing and the furniture resource in your server.cfg.
  • Set up your houses in config.lua and houses.lua.

Note: allhousing and the furniture system contain the original author's authorization check (credentials.lua); according to their README the mod requests authorization when the server starts.

How to install it

Installation

  1. Unzip the download into your server's resources folder.
  2. Start these first (not included in the download): es_extended, meta_libs, mysql-async
  3. Add these lines to server.cfg, in this order:
    ensure es_extended
ensure meta_libs
ensure mysql-async
ensure mythic_interiors
ensure input
ensure lockpicking
ensure allhousing
ensure furni
ensure vSync
ensure highendV2Shells
ensure shellsv2
