Modern License Plate

Modern License Plate (resource 0r_licenseplate) lets players change their vehicle plate at plate NPCs. Premium plates can be sold through your server's web store: after buying, the player gets a transaction code and redeems it in-game.

Features

• Custom license plates: players can get personalized plates for their vehicles.
• In-game plate change: change the plate at a plate NPC for in-game money ($10,000 by default, also charged for premium plates).
• Premium plates via your web store: buyers redeem their transaction code in the plate menu; each code can only be used once and is logged in the database.
• Synchronization: plate changes are shown to all players.
• Clean UI: a minimal interface with buy, buy code and redeem code buttons.
• Two pre-configured plate NPCs with map blips; add more in config.lua.
• Interaction via drawtext, ox_target or qb-target.
• Editable button and info texts.

Requirements

• ESX or QBCore (old and new versions selectable in Config.Framework)
• ox_lib
• oxmysql
• A web store with a secret key for premium plates (optional)

Installation

• Run plateSql.sql (creates the plate_codes table).
• Place 0r_licenseplate in your resources folder (you can delete the __MACOSX folder) and add ensure 0r_licenseplate to your server.cfg.
• Set your framework, target system and NPCs in config.lua.
• For premium plates, enter your web store secret key (see readme.md: line 44 of sv.lua, or the secret setting at the end of config.lua) and change the store link in ui/index.html (lines 49 and 50).
