ESX Driving School Script

ESX Driving School is a DMV script for ESX servers. Players take a theory test and then practical driving exams to get their car, motorcycle or truck licence.

ESX Driving School provides a theory test and practical car, motorcycle and truck tests. Its configuration defines prices, test vehicles, speed limits, checkpoints and a maximum error count. The archive also includes interface assets, translations and SQL for licence records.

• Theory test in an HTML interface with its own question file (html/questions.js)

Compatibility and setup

The active code uses legacy ESX shared-object and esx_license events; the QBCore section is commented out and still calls ESX licence events. The SQL starts with a hard-coded database-selection statement. Remove that statement, review table conflicts, import only the required schema and test every payment and licence grant before use.

• Place the BakiTelli_driveschool folder in your resources and add ensure BakiTelli_driveschool to your server.cfg.
• insert me.sql starts with USE `qbtoesx` and creates licenses and user_licenses; if esx_license already created these tables, only insert the four licence types.
• Included language: English (locales/en.lua, Config.Locale = 'en').

Security note

The server events for payment and licence grants take the price and licence type from the client without further checks. Add server-side validation before you use the script on a live server.
