Description

CodeM JobSelector (xJobSelector) is a job center for FiveM servers running ESX or QBCore. Players open a job selection menu, compare jobs and choose the one they want. The Lua files are not encrypted.

Features

  • Job cards with label, description, pay label, current player count, icon and background color
  • Eight preset jobs with icons: farmer, mechanic, pizza, miner, Go Postal, lumberjack, taxi and fishing
  • Start coordinates per job
  • Job center location with configurable map blip
  • Framework autodetect (ESX, old ESX, QBCore, old QBCore)
  • Interaction via DrawText, ox_target, qb-target, qb textUI or ESX textUI
  • Search in the menu and player profile picture via Discord bot token (botToken.lua)

Requirements

  • ESX or QBCore
  • Optional: ox_target or qb-target

Installation

  • Copy the xJobSelector folder into your resources.
  • Set framework, interaction, location and your jobs in config.lua; replace the placeholder job descriptions with your own texts.
  • Enter your Discord bot token in botToken.lua if you want profile pictures.
  • Add ensure xJobSelector to your server.cfg.

How to install it

Installation

  1. Unzip the download into your server's resources folder.
  2. Add these lines to server.cfg, in this order:
    ensure xJobSelector
