Advanced Racing Pack

Advanced Racing Pack is the pug-racing resource for QBCore servers. It replaces the lap race logic behind qb-phone's racing app: players create tracks, set up races and compete under an alias. QBCore only.

Features

• In-game track editor; tracks are saved in the lapraces table with checkpoints, records, creator and distance
• Race setup with number of laps and an optional phasing (ghosting) setting, started through qb-phone
• Track creation limited to whitelisted citizen IDs, or open to everyone with Config.AnyOneMakeRace
• Racer aliases: players need an item (default vpn) to get an alias; an Alias USB item (ausb2) is included in the install notes, and you can allow one alias only or unlimited changes
• Race payouts in a configurable currency (default crypto)
• Optional racing USB item on alias creation
• Exports IsInRace and IsInEditor for other resources

Requirements

• QBCore
• qb-phone (callbacks must be edited as shown in the README)
• qb-target (used in client/main.lua)

Installation

• Import qb-lapraces.sql.
• Add PlayerData.metadata['alias'] to qb-core/server/players.lua and add the ausb2 item to your shared items, as described in the README.
• Replace the racing callbacks in the qb-phone client.lua with the versions from the README.
• Add ensure pug-racing to your server.cfg.
