Advanced Purchaseable Physical Garage [ESX] [QB]

This garage script lets players buy garages on the map and run them as a business. Vehicles are parked physically on the garage lot, and owners earn tax from other players who use their garage. The package contains an ESX and a QBCore version.

• Players buy garages from the garage shop NPC on the map
• Garage owners can change the shop name (blip), raise the tax, restrict entry, share access with friends and withdraw their tax income

• Players see their vehicles physically on the lot (can be turned off in the config)
• Per garage: price, maximum parked vehicles, park spots and spare spots when the garage is full
• NUI with vehicle images and vehicle classes

Installation

• Use the stg_customgarage folder from V2 (Latest)/Garage/[ESX] or [QB] and add ensure stg_customgarage to your server.cfg.
• Import esx.sql or qb.sql. It adds a stg_garage column to owned_vehicles (ESX) or players_vehicles (QBCore) and creates stg_garages and stg_garagefriends.
• Set garages, prices, taxes and blips in config.lua. The older V1 version is included as RAR archives.
