Advanced Extrication System

This script gives your server's firefighters the tools for vehicle extrications: they remove doors or roofs from crashed vehicles with realistic rescue tools. Almost everything is adjustable in config.lua.

Features

• Rescue tools: hydraulic spreaders (WEAPON_SPREADER), cutters (WEAPON_CUTTER) and a glass tool (WEAPON_GLASSMASTER) with their own models, animations and adjustable open/close and damage speeds.
• Door cutting: doors, trunks and hoods can be cut and removed.
• Roof cutting: works on the vehicles listed in Config.VehicleRoof (for example asterope and dilettante; vehicle models are included in the package). The documentation explains how to make other vehicles compatible.
• Window breaking and a protective cover you place before cutting (installation time configurable).
• Realistic sound and visual damage: dedicated sounds for the tools and progressive damage on the vehicle.
• Synchronized: other players see the extrication as it happens.
• Crash entrapment: after a heavy crash (minimum damage configurable) the vehicle is immobilized and the player stays trapped until rescued; optionally all doors and the roof must be cut first. With ESX or QBCore you can require a minimum number of firefighters online.
• Permission system: works with ESX, QBCore or standalone. Without a framework the tools are given by command; with ESX/QBCore you add them as inventory weapons (compatibility links for ESX, QBCore and ox_inventory are included).
• Languages: English and French, and you can add your own.

Installation

• Copy r_extrication into your resources and add ensure r_extrication to your server.cfg.
• If you use ESX or QBCore, set UseFramework = true in config.lua and follow the linked documentation to add the tools as inventory weapons.
• Adjust crash entrapment, tool speeds and the roof vehicle list in config.lua.
