Monarch Postals is a waypoint helper with an optional nearest-postal export. The reviewed version 1.3.0 requires ox_lib. It does not include an on-screen nearest-postal display or a replacement minimap image; those are separate HUD and map integrations.
Use the exact resource folder name mnr_postals and start ox_lib first. The server checker asserts both conditions. config/config.lua defaults to command gps, postal data path data.ocrp and exportMode false. The repository also contains data.new and data.oulsen; choose the dataset that matches the map labels players actually see.
The default /gps command accepts a numeric postal code and sends a waypoint request to the calling player. A code absent from the selected dataset produces a not-found notification. The command is unrestricted by default; it is a navigation function, not an administrative permission check.
Set exportMode to true only when you intend to integrate a HUD. This registers the client export getNearestPostal; with exportMode false, that export is not registered. It accepts optional coordinates and otherwise uses the player’s position.
The export searches nearby postal entries through the ox_lib grid and initializes its result to 0. Treat 0 as no nearby result in your HUD rather than displaying it as a real postal code. Test known postals, unknown codes, remote positions and resource restart behavior with your chosen dataset.
