Krs Notepad uses ESX, ox_lib and ox_inventory to create and read saved notes. The creator source at commit e8e17c5a5dd4 identifies version 1.0.0 and exposes the notepad and notepad_saved item exports. Its server-side creation checks need work before public use.
Creator repository and item definitions
Back up your inventory definitions. Add the two documented items and supplied images without replacing existing keys; the examples use consume = 0 and weight = 1. Start ox_lib, ESX and ox_inventory before krs_notepad. Test creating, reading and transferring a saved note between two ordinary players, including reconnects. Review the repository license and preserve its notices.
At the inspected e8e17c5a5dd4 revision, the client input has a 25-character limit, but the createNoteItem server handler does not enforce that limit or verify ownership of a blank notepad. It adds a saved-note item from the supplied text without a server-side cooldown. A successful normal UI test therefore does not establish safe item creation.
Before live use, have the server validate text type and length, enforce the intended blank-note requirement and rate limit, and check whether AddItem succeeded before reporting success. Test repeated requests, a full inventory and a player without a blank note. These are required integration checks; this article does not supply a patched resource.
